Hey Reader, The 4th of July is just around the corner, and nothing says summer like a backyard cookout with family and friends. These are the recipes I’m excited to make this year. They’re easy enough that anyone can help out, which means more time enjoying the day and less time stuck in the kitchen. These dishes have become favorites at our celebrations, and you’ll love them, too. Our 4th of July FavesLemon Marinated Chicken Kebabs are my go-to when I want something fresh and bright on the grill. The lemon adds just the right zing, and the chicken comes out juicy every time. Kool-Aid Cupcakes bring a fun pop of color and flavor that kids and adults both enjoy. I love how easy they are to make, and they always disappear fast at our parties. When you want something a little different but still simple, defintiely try this Asian Marinated Steak. The marinade packs in flavor and makes the steak tender. When I want a fresh side to round out the meal, I love to serve my Mediterranean Cucumber Tomato Salad. The crisp veggies and simple dressing come together in a way that makes me want to eat it by the bowlful. 4th of July is all about enjoying good food with great people without any stress. Tell me how you're celebrating this year!
